Ringtee Stock Rising on the Rail Baltic Route Held a Rafter Party

Despite the fact that the construction of Rail Baltic, which will be completed in cooperation between the three Baltic States, seems to be constantly stalled, developers and entrepreneurs are optimistic and improvement in the vicinity of the future route will continue. Last week, the rafter party was celebrated in Veldi Road on the Ringtee Stock, developed by Favorte. One of the major benefits of the new stock-office location is its connectivity to Tallinn roundabout, but also the proximity of the upcoming Veneküla stop on the Rail Baltic.
 

According to the developer, upon the development of Ringtee Stock, the location became the most decisive argument, with good access for both pedestrians and heavy goods vehicles, that hopefully in the future pass also by via Rail Baltic. "In addition to the exit of the Tallinn roundabout in the immediate vicinity of the building, the Väo intersection will soon be reconstructed. Plus, according to the current Rail Baltic project, the Veneküla train stop is planned to be close by," explained Madis Lett, Project Manager at Favorte.
 

One third of the premises occupying the 3,300 square metres of Ringtee Stock has already found their owner, including Akvedukt OÜ, a water systems company, which will operate within the new premises. "For us, the location of the Tallinn roundabout became decisive, since we use almost exclusively road transport in our business activity. Therefore, accessibility to major highways is an extremely important factor," said Argo Kalur, CEO of Akvedukt.
 

According to Madis Lett, stock-office type commercial premises have become increasingly popular in recent years because they fit basically well with the profile and the size of the companies here. "The demand for stock-office commercial space is still growing and we have developed such buildings both in Lasnamäe and in Haabersti," said Lett. There are many reasons why companies prefer namely a stock-office solution - mainly, however, the possibility to put all of their business activity under one roof, thereby saving on logistics, personnel, communications and other ancillary costs.

Ringtee Stock will be completed by June of the ongoing year. The builder company of this commercial building is Mapri Ehitus.
