A home that is better than you dreamed
Favorte has been developing homes for more than 30 years. To date, nearly 600 homes have been completed – from the Käokella residential area in Järveküla to Pirita Jõepark and Veskimetsa Family Homes – and more than 400 are currently under construction. Our goal is simple: your new home should exceed your expectations.
How do we achieve this?
— Well-thought-out layouts. Every home is designed for real life: plenty of storage, bright rooms and spaces that meet your family's needs. If you wish, you can make changes to the layout.
— Interior finish of your choice. In our new projects, you can choose between several carefully designed interior finish packages, so your home is ready and to your taste on moving day.
— Reliable construction partners and quality materials. We choose our construction partners carefully and monitor build quality throughout the process.
— Energy efficiency. We develop modern, energy-efficient homes, which means lower costs and a healthier indoor climate.
— A clear and pleasant buying process. We guide you from reservation to the handover of the keys – every step is transparent, and there is always a real person to answer your questions.
— We care after you move in, too. Warranty matters are handled by our own team at garantii@favorte.ee.
