Favorte will develop Rehelepa residential area with 334 apartments at the edge of Nõmme

Real estate developer Favorte has started the construction of Rehelepa residential area on the border of Haabersti and Nõmme City Districts. The first phase of the 334 apartment development project will be completed by the end of 2024 and the total volume of investments amounts to EUR 55 million.

"To date, a building permit has been issued for four apartment buildings, and preparations to begin their construction are in full swing. We have also just launched the sale of Rehelepa homes, and there is a lot of interest in such a green inner-city location," said Rainer Hinno, Member of the Administration Board of Favorte.

According to Elje Hinno, Chief Sales Officer of Favorte, Rehelepa residential area is ideal home for those who appreciate the suburban proximity to nature and the opportunity to let their children play in the homey neighbourhood. "Location in the embrace of forest, away from busy roads, means that strangers have no business here. Rehelepa brings together people of similar status and interests, which contributes to the formation of a safe and cohesive community," the Chief Sales Officer said.

"Everybody can find something they like from the wide selection of Rehelepa’s A-energy class homes - both young people looking for their first real home and families with increased space needs. Each apartment has a balcony or a terrace from which to enjoy the surrounding greenery, and there are also parking spaces with the possibility to charge your electric car," she added.

The architect of the first phase is Aigar Roht from Arhitektuuribüroo Korrus OÜ. Almost two hectares of green areas surrounding the apartment buildings will be equipped with various sports fields, playgrounds and recreational areas. The roofs of all apartment buildings will be filled with solar panels. The location of most parking spaces is underground - to add more space to the outdoor area and make life more comfortable for the residents.
