Favorte and Mitt&Perlebach have started constructing Rehelepa residential area

According to board member Rainer Hinno, Favorte's goal is to create a holistic living and business environment in the Mäeküla neighbourhood that will appeal to both families and businesses offering local residents all the services they need. "In the future, Rehelepa residential area and Tähetorni Tehnopark will form a single neighbourhood that will arc from Paldiski Road to Tähetorni Street. The focus is on integrating the possibilities of a modern business park with the needs of a residential neighbourhood and this should become a standard among the other major players in this sector," says Hinno.

According to Kristjan Mitt, founder and co-owner of Mitt&Perlebach, work on the project is proceeding according to plan and co-operation with the client is going smoothly. "Construction is well underway, and it's worth noting that the location is quite interesting - there is only forest around, a level of privacy that is unbelievable for Tallinn. This gives us a lot of space and does not restrict movement. Today, we have reached the deepest point in terms of excavation and now we will literally only build up from here," said Mitt.

The architect of the buildings is Aigar Roht from Arhitektuuribüroo Korrus OÜ. As part of the first phase of construction, four apartment blocks with 18 apartments each will be built on two plots. The thoughtfully designed flats range from small 2-room flats with an area of 42.1 m2 to 5-room flats with an area of 97.6 m2. Each flat has a balcony or terrace, and the car park has been mostly moved underground to increase the size of the landscaped area outside.
