Apply for an internship at Favorte

Spring is fast approaching. The question of how to use time off from academic studies in the summer to work and develop professionally is becoming more relevant among students. This internship season, Favorte is also offering one bright student a paid mentoring programme to get to know the world of real estate development.

According to Priit Paiste, CEO of Favorte, now is the right time to start a dialogue with students as the company has entered a new growth phase. "Although we have grown rapidly in recent years, we want to continue to strengthen our market position. To achieve this, we are expanding our team and automating business processes to broaden our development portfolio and set even higher standards for Favorte's projects," said Paiste.

"So, this year is an ideal opportunity for young future talents to grow with us, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to the team. I am sure that the enthusiasm of these ambitious young people will also pass on to their colleagues, who in turn will be able to challenge themselves in a new mentoring role," explained the CEO of Favorte. "In addition to an intern, we are also looking for a junior project manager to join our team, who would be motivated to give their career a meaningful start," he added.

Internship at Favorte offer students the chance to carry out real tasks on real development projects. You have the opportunity to experience hands-on project management of both residential and commercial real estate, starting with the detailed planning phase, continuing with the construction phase and ending with the transfer of ownership and management to clients and partners.

"By the end of the summer, the young professionals will have developed an initial knowledge base, which will perhaps help them to continue their studies with a fresh perspective and focus on the skills that still need work in order to succeed in the future labour market," said Madis Lett, project manager at Favorte. "Of course, if you have already shown yourself to be a valuable mentee and you like it here, then we are also ready to offer you a permanent position," said Lett.

Acceptance of applications for internships has already started and will be open until the end of March. All engineering students who are tech-savvy, true fans of their field and ready for fast professional development are welcome to apply.
