A new 54-apartment building reached maximum height in the prestigious Veskimetsa residential area
Real estate developer Favorte hosted the Veskimetsa Perekodud project’s rafter party yesterday to celebrate the completion of an important construction phase and to thank the builder Mitt&Perlebach for their dedicated work. In total, 54 new apartments will be completed in the new building on the Veskilise tn 7 property.
Elje Hinno, Sales Manager of Favorte, highlights the development's exceptional location in relation to the surrounding urban environment. "The building complex is bordered by a wide green zone on three sides, which creates a barrier between the city life and the living environment of Veskimetsa Perekodud. This buffer will muffle traffic noise and provide a refuge from prying eyes," said Hinno.
Separation doesn't mean being far away - everything you need is close to home, just as it should be in Tallinn. The Ehitajate tee - Stroomi beach pedestrian path crosses the property right next to the house, making it easy to get around on foot and with a pram, as well as by bike and scooter.
"In addition to the construction of the access road, we are also renovating Kivikülvi Street and by the end of the year the section of Kadaka Road between the Akadeemia and Mustamäe Road will also be reconstructed. In the coming years, several new commercial buildings, such as the Kadaka Trade Center, will be built along Kadaka tee, bringing everyday business even closer to home," added Favorte's sales manager.
According to Kristjan Mitt, founder and co-owner of the construction company Mitt&Perlebach, the current difficult times are testing the cooperation between developer and builder. Nevertheless, both parties are working hard to find the best solutions to the challenges and bring the project to a successful conclusion. "Our main goal is to place emphasis on high quality construction so that future residents can fully enjoy their home in such a unique environment," Mitt explained.
The architect of the Veskilise 7 apartment building is Aigar Roht from Korrus OÜ. "From a design point of view, this is an exciting project, where the different building blocks were curved around a mighty oak tree. The selection of apartments includes both traditional and terraced apartments, which is a rather rare phenomenon in the City of Tallinn," said Roht. In addition, the car parking spaces have been moved underground, which leaves plenty of space around the building for landscaping and enjoying the untouched natural surroundings.
By the time of the rafter party, more than 60% of the Veskimetsa Perekodud apartments have already found their owners. For more information on the development, visit https://veskilise.ee.
