A 2-hectare recreation area opened in the Rehelepa residential district this spring
With the arrival of spring, a new recreation area of nearly 2 hectares has opened in the Rehelepa residential district, offering residents and visitors a wide range of leisure opportunities. It is one of the largest recreation areas built by a private company in Tallinn, adding significant value to the whole development.
The recreation area offers a variety of sports and leisure facilities, including a basketball court, a beach volleyball court, children’s playgrounds and an outdoor gym. The solutions are designed both for people who value an active lifestyle and for families, offering activities for users of all ages.
The Rehelepa residential district is located on the edge of Nõmme, in the heart of greenery, offering a balance between proximity to the city and a natural environment. Rehelepa homes are created for those who value a safe and peaceful living environment – the homes are nestled in the embrace of the forest, away from heavy traffic, while everyday services are within convenient reach. Pedestrian- and cyclist-friendly paths, diverse green areas and recreation and play areas created for the community form a complete living environment where life runs at its own pace.
“The Rehelepa living environment has been created as a unified whole, where buildings and outdoor space support each other. The recreation area is an integral part of the residential district, offering Rehelepa residents diverse opportunities for a healthy lifestyle and for spending time with children,” said Gert Tomingas, project manager of the recreation area.
A total of 72 homes have been completed in the first phase of the Rehelepa development, of which the last four are still available – a good opportunity to move straight into an established living environment. The second phase is also on sale, with another 72 new homes planned for completion in summer 2027.
Everyone is welcome to explore the new recreation area and get to know the homes of the Rehelepa residential district.
