The building has 16 apartments: seven double room, four 3-room, four 4-room, one 5-room apartments. The building has four floors plus an open plinth floor for parking. The first and second floor apartments have standard solutions, the third and fourth floor being more exclusive. Balconies create added value and personal touch to all apartments, while open roof terraces are designed for the fourth-floor apartments.

The house with modern technological systems has been designed with the utmost care not to disrupt the harmony of the area. The design of the apartment building is based on energy efficiency and comfort of the living environment, the building bears the energy class label B. The apartments have underfloor heating and a forced ventilation system with heat recovery. The balcony volumes of the facades of the building and the vertical beams of the facade exemplify the building and give the facade a unique appearance.

On the plinth floor of the building one may find technical and storage rooms of the apartments. A courtyard with an accompanying playground separated by a fence, automatic gate on the driveway and other solutions help create a safe living environment for the habitants satisfying even the most demanding needs.
