Pinered Ehitus to Build the Fourth Stage Homes of Favorte’s Käokella Development 

Käokella has become one of the most highly regarded new developments in Rae Parish, where modern comforts meet clean nature and a safe living environment. With the fourth stage, the development reaches its final phase, bringing the last energy-efficient homes – functional and high-quality terraced houses and semi-detached homes suited for families as well as for those who value a peaceful residential area.

The main contractor for the fourth stage is Pinered Ehitus. According to Andres Ütt, partner and construction manager at Pinered Ehitus, cooperation with Favorte is a recognition of the entire team’s work. “Until now, Pinered Ehitus has mainly served as Pinered’s own general contracting partner, but it seems that our services are now sought after by other companies as well,” Ütt said. “Other major developers are also involving us in their tenders, which confirms that we are on the right track and moving in the right direction.”

Rainer Hinno, member of the management board of Favorte, says the fourth stage of the Käokella development has symbolic significance for the company.

Favorte’s development manager Karl Luha added that the completion of the fourth stage will finalize the creation of a complete residential area in Käokella.
