Favorte expands Väo Business Park – two new commercial buildings under construction

Construction has begun on two new commercial buildings near the Väo interchange in Tallinn, bringing modern stock-office spaces to the market. The buildings at Jõesaare 3 and Jõesaare 10 are scheduled for completion in November 2026 and are part of the comprehensive development of Väo Business Park.

The Väo interchange is one of Estonia’s most important transport hubs, where the Tallinn Ring Road and the Tallinn–Narva highway intersect. A significant share of domestic and international freight traffic passes through the area daily, making the location highly attractive for companies that require strong accessibility and visibility.

“Such a location provides companies with a clear competitive advantage. Väo Business Park allows businesses to operate at the heart of logistics flows, with smooth connections in all directions. In addition, we offer flexible solutions characteristic of the Favorte Stock concept, combining warehouse, production, and office spaces into one integrated environment,” said Rainer Hinno, Member of the Management Board at Favorte.

According to Hinno, demand for this type of commercial space has been growing, as companies increasingly seek solutions where logistics, visibility, and workflows support each other and improve operational efficiency.
“Cost efficiency is also important – the average operating costs in Favorte’s rental portfolio were €1.6/m² in 2025, providing companies with a clear advantage in managing daily expenses,” Hinno added.

The general contractor of the project is Vanalinna Ehitus.
“Väo Business Park is a cohesive and well-designed business development, where multiple separate buildings form a functional and efficient business environment. Favorte has long-standing experience in this field, and we are pleased to contribute to the development of the Lasnamäe business area as their construction partner,” commented Indrek Kaselt, Construction Manager at Vanalinna Ehitus.

In addition to strong logistical advantages, Väo Business Park will develop into a comprehensive business environment. The nearby Olerex Väo Keskus offers a wide range of services, from a truck wash and service station to a business hotel, restaurant, and conference facilities.

In total, six commercial buildings with a total area of approximately 21,300 m² will be developed at Väo Business Park. Two buildings have already been completed, and two are currently under construction. Väo Business Park is designed for companies looking to leverage the potential of one of Estonia’s key transport hubs to grow their business.
