Favorte and Vanalinna Ehitus celebrate the topping-out of two stock-office buildings at Väo Äripark
On 30 July, developer Favorte and main contractor Vanalinna Ehitus gathered at Väo Äripark in Tallinn to celebrate the topping-out of the Jõesaare 3 and Jõesaare 10 commercial buildings. The topping-out wreath was raised to the roof by Favorte project manager Sten Tammjärv and Vanalinna Ehitus project manager Anton Ivanov — a sign that the development is moving steadily towards completion.
Väo Äripark is being developed by Väo Äripark OÜ, a subsidiary of Favorte Kinnisvara. The modern stock-office buildings bring warehouse, production and office space together under one roof. The Jõesaare 3 building will house six and the Jõesaare 10 building five independent commercial units. Units at Jõesaare 3 range from approximately 560 to 620 m² and at Jõesaare 10 from approximately 415 to 545 m², and they can be combined to tailor the layout to each company's needs. The buildings were designed by LOOB Projekt OÜ.
Construction is progressing as planned. The next stage will continue with interior works and the development of the outdoor areas, and both buildings will be completed in November 2026.
With the topping-out, the Väo Äripark development has reached its halfway point. Favorte is building a total of six stock-office buildings in the park, with a combined area of approximately 21,300 m² — two are already completed, two have now reached the topping-out stage, and two are still in planning. As a whole, Väo Äripark represents an investment of approximately 20 million euros in the area by Favorte.

The topping-out also marks the continued cooperation between Favorte and Vanalinna Ehitus. In 2021 the two companies jointly completed the Laki 4 commercial building, and their cooperation has now expanded to the Väo Äripark development.

Väo Äripark is located in the immediate vicinity of one of Tallinn's most important traffic junctions, where the Tallinn ring road and the Tallinn–Narva highway intersect. Fast connections to the Muuga and Paldiski ports and to the main highways make the location especially attractive for logistics, production and wholesale companies. The buildings are designed to energy class A and equipped with solar panels, unit-based heating and cooling, automatic 4.2 m high overhead doors, high-speed fibre-optic internet and modern access control systems.
From tenant to owner
Väo Äripark also brings to the market an option not previously available in Favorte's developments: commercial space can now be purchased as well as rented. For example, the Jõesaare 3 building offers for sale a 1,003.3 m² stock-office unit — 749.1 m² of warehouse or production space and 254.2 m² of office space — at a price of €1,450/m² + VAT.
