In the summer of 2019, a new modern apartment block equipped with solar panels at the heart of the city was completed. The apartment building is situated in a great location for a time valuer of today, because of its proximity to many services and good transport connections to the rest of the city. The house is located in a quiet, beautifully landscaped courtyard, where other houses in the area form a noise barrier around the property. All apartments come with a balcony and the apartments on the upper floors have large terraces facing the sun. The upper floors are designed with backwards steps, allowing one to have wider views overlooking the property. Big advantages of the building are both the existence of a lift and parking spaces in a roofed garage. The house has its own gas boiler-house, which ensures significantly lower heating costs compared to district heating.
