Oksa tn 2 / Seebi tn 4, Kristiine, Tallinn

A private apartment building was  constructed on Kristiine's green lane. In front of the building, there are cherry trees that blossom in pink in the springtime and evergreen junipers that give a nice green touch to the scenery all year long. The boutique house with only 22 apartments is fenced and there is also a cozy corner made into a playground for the little ones of the family. The strangers have no business in Oksa street, which is strewn with indigenous trees and new homeowners may breathe fresh air straight on the door.

Oksa tn 2 / Seebi tn 4 is just a 5-minute drive from the city centre. Within walking distance there are various shopping centres, cafeterias, kindergartens, schools, higher education institutions and a wide range of sports and leisure facilities. Rocca al Mare and the airport are just a 7-minute drive away. A public bus stop is 300 metres away. Nearby is the Tennis Centre “Tere” with indoor and outdoor courts and the Golden Club Sports Club.
