Sanglepa Homes — a comfortable city home surrounded by charming nature

In the comfortable vicinity of Paldiski Road, a little further on from Lake Harku, three distinctive apartment buildings of A energy class are rising, with 75 homes in total. Instead of a concrete jungle, they are surrounded by diverse nature and clean air, which after rainfall blends with the familiar smell of rain from childhood. Your family's new backyard will be a forest of slender birches, willows and, naturally, alders — the trees that inspired the name of the homes.

Sanglepa Homes are like a safe oasis in the middle of the city. Here you can walk to the shop to grab an ice cream and then set off to explore the park forest that opens up from your own yard, while the sandy beach of Lake Harku waits just a kilometre away. Instead of solving logistical headaches, you can focus on what matters most — having your mind rested and your loved ones close.

Buildings with timeless architecture and a cosy heart await their people: those who highly appreciate the harmonious balance between suburban proximity to nature and modern amenities. The buildings will be completed at the end of 2027 — but you can step into your future home right now, with a 360° virtual tour.
