New service and office premises in Lasnamäe

A new business building is rising at Mahtra 46 in Lasnamäe, with its two lower floors dedicated to businesses. The ground floor offers two service premises (74 and 104 m²), well suited for beauty services, a healthcare practice or a small shop. Large display windows face the road, so passers-by can see the premises clearly. The first floor has five offices ranging from 48 to 87 m², each with its own WC and most with a separate meeting room. The second and third floors are already reserved.

The building is rated energy class A and has solar panels on the roof. The premises are heated by water-based underfloor heating, the offices have local cooling, and every unit has its own heat-recovery ventilation and remotely read heat meter, so you only pay for what you use. Ceiling height is 3.5 m on the ground floor and 3 m on the first floor. The building has a lift, fibre-optic cable for fast internet and an access control system, and illuminated signage can be installed on the façade.
