50a Järveotsa Street is a multifunctional building with warehouse, office and showroom premises. Warehouse and showroom spaces are located on the ground floor of the building, office space is planned on the second and third floor. The height of the storage space is 7.3 m. Entrances to the showroom/office and warehouse areas are from the facade of the building.

The building has a B energy label. Thanks to innovative building solutions, highly efficient technical systems have been created for the building, reducing the energy used for heating and cooling. All office and warehouse areas are separately heated and ventilated.

The building is located in a logistically convenient location – it´s easy to find and accessible with larger vehicles. Access is via both Ehitajate street and Akadeemia street. Being located in the city of Tallinn, in a well-established business area in Haabersti, gives one the opportunity to be situated close to its customers, suppliers and partners, thereby making daily administration more efficient.

The building was completed in 2016 and has been sold to RGB Baltic OÜ.
