The building of Härgmäe tn 22 is located in Tähetorni Technology Park, a 20.5 ha development area for commercial use. The building has approximately 300-900 m2 commercial spaces suitable for manufacturing, storing, logistics and trading companies. A total of 12 commercial buildings with a total area of ​​60,000 m2 are planned for the Tähetorni Technology Park.

Tähetorni Technology Park is located on the busy Paldiski highway in the Haabersti district of western part of Tallinn (Lääne-Tallinn). One of the largest shopping centres in Northern Estonia Rocca Al Mare, Tallinn University of Technology (Tehnopol) and the industrial district of Laki and Mustjõe Streets are nearby. The Tähetorni Technology Park is well connected to the city centre, which was further improved by the construction of the Haabersti multi-level junction. There are also logistically convenient connections to Paldiski port, Tallinn roundabout and the ports of Tallinn and Muuga.

Construction work on the Härgmäe 22 building began in July 2019 and the building was completed in spring 2020.
